LinkedIn Integration

The HARi Chrome extension lets you capture contact information from LinkedIn profiles and sync it to your CRM with one click. No copy-pasting, no manual data entry.

  1. Install the HARi Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store
  2. Browse LinkedIn as you normally would
  3. When you visit a profile, the extension detects the contact’s information
  4. Review the detected data in the Chrome Side Panel
  5. Click Sync to create the contact in HARi

From LinkedIn profile pages:

  • Full name
  • Current job title
  • Company name
  • Location
  • LinkedIn profile URL

The extension reads information visible on the page. It does not access LinkedIn’s private API or scrape data in bulk.

The extension uses AI pattern recognition to extract contact data from page content. It adapts to layout changes automatically, so it continues working even when LinkedIn updates its interface.

Before creating a new contact, the extension checks your CRM for existing records with the same name, company, or LinkedIn URL. If a match is found, you can update the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.

  1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store
  2. Click the HARi icon in your toolbar
  3. Enter your HARi workspace URL (e.g., yourcompany.haricrm.com)
  4. Log in with your HARi credentials
  5. Visit any LinkedIn profile to start capturing
  • The extension runs entirely in the Chrome Side Panel — it never injects elements into LinkedIn pages
  • No data is sent to third parties; contacts go directly to your HARi workspace
  • The extension does not use the LinkedIn API and does not require LinkedIn credentials
  • You control what data is synced; every capture requires manual confirmation
  1. Build targeted lists: search LinkedIn for prospects, open profiles, and sync the ones that match your ideal customer profile
  2. Add context: use the notes field in the extension to record why you are adding this person (e.g., “Met at conference”, “Interested in product X”)
  3. Follow up fast: after syncing, create a task or send a templated email directly from the contact’s record in HARi
  4. Enrich with AI: after syncing, trigger AI enrichment to fill in missing details (phone, email, company size)
