Slack Integration

What it will do

The Slack integration sends real-time CRM notifications to your Slack channels, keeping your team informed without leaving their chat app.

Planned features

  • Deal alerts: get notified in a sales channel when deals move stages, are won, or are lost
  • Task assignments: receive a DM when a task is assigned to you
  • Record mentions: get notified when someone mentions you in a CRM note or activity
  • Custom notifications: choose which events trigger Slack messages and which channels receive them
  • Interactive messages: approve actions, update statuses, or add notes directly from Slack

How it will work

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack
  2. Click Connect to Slack
  3. Authorize HARi in your Slack workspace
  4. Choose a default notification channel
  5. Configure which events to send and where

Current alternative: Slack via Zapier

You can send HARi notifications to Slack today using Zapier:

  1. Create a HARi workflow with a webhook action (see Zapier integration)
  2. In Zapier, catch the webhook and add a Slack > Send Channel Message action
  3. Format the message with deal name, stage, amount, and owner
  4. Choose the Slack channel

This works well for simple notifications. The native integration will add interactive messages and richer formatting.

  • #sales: “Deal ‘Acme Corp Renewal’ moved to Negotiation. Amount: HK$45,000. Owner: Sarah.”
  • DM to John: “New task assigned: Follow up with Wiresk. Due: April 5.”
  • #wins: “Deal WON: ‘BigCorp Enterprise’ - HK$120,000. Congrats team!”
